Below are the case studies of some key projects we have recently completed.
An existing class "A" office building in Miami's financial district. The leasing agents and property managers needed the building to remain competitive and attractive to prospective leases and wanted to use signage as part of a renovation that would freshen their look. Law's designed signage that was classically elegant yet organic, using natural finishes from their décor. The signs were also designed and manufactured to meet all ADA and life-safety requirements. Law's fabricated all of the building's signage and the signs were then installed floor by floor according to the renovation schedule.
COLE, SCOTT & KISSANE, P.A.
Large law firm with offices in several cities. The firm was looking for signage to aid in branding and connecting each of their locations as part of a whole. They also wanted to ease their visitors' experience by identifying each office and workstation with the associate's name. Law's provided three dimensional logos consistent at each lobby and stylized signs to identify support spaces, offices and workstations.
SOUTH MIAMI HOSPITAL, BAPTIST HEALTH
Hospital with a large campus and many individual programs. The hospital was in need of signage to direct visitor traffic and create reassuring paths to frequented departments. The facility also wanted to create the experience of a "hospital within a hospital" for several of its centers including their women's and infant's care and heart programs. Law's provided consultation for sign locations and verbiage as well as provided signage consistent with the health systems standard. We also created feature walls and logo accents to identify main entrances for the specific centers.
ALMOND CASUARINA BEACH
Newly renovated resort in Barbados. The client required a sign company to perform onsite surveys and specify sign types and locations in anticipation of guests' needs. A Law's Architectural Signs specialist visited the jobsite in Barbados and created a comprehensive sign package including room numbers, wayfinding, pool deck and logo signs. Law's then produced the signs and traveled to the island to install.
WESTMINSTER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Private school with a combination of buildings built decades ago and newly constructed wings and meeting halls. The school wanted to replace their antiquated signage with more functional signs that would also act as a decorative feature. Westminster Christian also wished to recognize contributors to their building fund. Laws designed a sign system to seamlessly direct students and visitors throughout the campus and create a unifying element for the existing and new buildings. Law's designed, fabricated and installed signage incorporating the schools logo and colors that included classroom identification, wall and overhead wayfinding signs, three-dimensional logos and an exterior donor recognition wall.
ACQUALINA RESORT & SPA
Oceanfront boutique hotel, residential units, renowned spa and acclaimed restaurants. Area developer first contracted Law’s to develop a signage design and planning package that would satisfy the architect, designer and operator’s wishes. The result was a sign system that distinguishes hotel, residential and spa areas seamlessly. Consistent with the resort’s Mediterranean ambiance Law’s used only natural materials such as Jerusalem stone, glass and bronze for common area signage.
CORDOBA AT DOWNTOWN DORAL

The newly constructed property needed a complete signage program for all of its units, points of entry, support spaces, garage and pool deck. Law’s provided a design build solution utilizing recyclable materials and produced durable signage that met building code requirements and educated residents and visitors on green living.
